The Harbour Table began with a simple idea: that the finest ingredients deserve the simplest preparations. Founded in 2018 by chef Marcus Webb, we source everything within 60 kilometres of our kitchen.
Our menu changes weekly with the tides — reflecting what's freshest, what's seasonal, and what our local fishermen and farmers bring in each morning.

Our Philosophy
Meridian Studio opened in 2019 with a single belief: that movement has the power to heal, energise, and transform. We created a space where everyone — from complete beginners to dedicated practitioners — can feel truly at home.
Our studio is a sanctuary from the pace of everyday life. Warm, intimate, beautifully designed. Every class is led by a qualified instructor who knows your name and understands your body.
What We Offer
Yoga
A gentle, grounded practice focused on posture alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. Ideal for beginners and those seeking a slower pace.
Pilates
Build core strength, improve posture, and lengthen your entire body using our Balanced Body reformers. Maximum 6 per class.
Meditation
Deep, passive stretching held for 3–5 minutes per pose, followed by a guided body-scan meditation. The perfect way to end a week.

With 12 years of practice and 8 years of teaching, Zara founded Meridian with a vision of accessible, community-focused movement. She trained in Mysore, India and Ubud, Bali.
Head of Pilates
A former physiotherapist with over 500 hours of pilates training, Marcus brings a deeply anatomical understanding to every class. He specialises in injury recovery.
Vinyasa & Power Yoga
